How to Find Your Model and Serial Numbers
Both the model and serial number should be listed on your owner's manual or other paperwork that came with your furnace, if it is available.
If you don't have your paperwork, remove the front door of the furnace and look for a "rating plate" sticker affixed to the inside of the unit (see image below).
